Returns & Exchanges

At Ferrules Direct, we strive for total customer satisfaction and offer a 30-day window for returns on all standard hardware and electrical components. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send the items back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the contents and condition of the return, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
